What technology allows us to do is to offer ways to assess students where the AI or the scoring mechanism is automatic so that during the assessment itself, we can actually see how students are doing and we can understand those misconceptions so that we can address them immediately while their learning is actually happening. This beautiful process between technology and formative research really allows two people to grow in this kind of setting. It allows the teacher to gather information, but it also allows the student to develop their own growth mindset and reflect on their own learning. That's truly what we're trying to do.
