Illuminate Education is a market-leading Software as a Service (SaaS) student assessment and reporting platform used by K-12 administrators and educators to measure, analyze, and subsequently improve classroom and school-wide learning.
We're looking for a friendly Support Specialist to join our team. You'll have the opportunity to support a great product, make a difference in the education community, and work with some really amazing people.
Help teachers and educators use Illuminate's eSD Student Management and Instructional products to make a difference in student's lives.
Handle problems using the software, providing timely workarounds for our clients, and documenting issues for the development team so we can continually make our products better.
Be the friendly "voice of Illuminate" to our eSD clients on the phone.
Provide clear, timely, helpful responses to email requests.
Collaborate with Illuminators on other teams (implementation, data, development, etc.) to make sure our clients get the best support possible.
Continue to learn and grow so you can be a better support specialist, and a better human being!
Experience supporting the eSD Student Management System or SIS systems in general a plus.
