She earned her Masters degree in special education from Vanderbilt University, studying RtI and progress monitoring under pioneers in the field, Drs. Doug and Lynn Fuchs. Jan is an Illuminate Solutions Engineer and has the privilege of partnering with districts to use data to implement successful MTSS/RtI frameworks, see the whole child, and drive collaboration and systems improvement.

Jeremy O’Neil has served districts both large and small nationwide for the last 26 years. In addition to being a classroom teacher for many years, he has spent time working on districtwide initiatives.
