1 System Instead of 3 or More

Because all Illuminate products run off the same system, you could ultimately use one Illuminate system to replace your Student Information System (SIS), Special Education System, and/or Data and Assessment Management System. This means you could use one system to handle needs that are typically handled by 3 or more separate vendors: your gradebook, assessment system, parent portal, attendance, data management, report cards, Special Education system, scheduling, grades, discipline, Medicaid billing, IEP writing, and more… Illuminate does it all with one system.

We Host for Free

As one of the only companies offering hosting options, any client may opt to have Illuminate Education host its data on our secure and redundant servers. In these critical times of budget cuts, saving thousands annually by outsourcing the server hardware, maintenance, and technical support is an excellent option. In addition, Illuminate Education leverages open source technology effectively to avoid expensive licensing costs and to keep the cost of products very affordable.

Illuminate Education’s suite of products can thus be your district’s or county’s one-stop shop for comprehensive data reform. This means you can use one system to handle needs that are typically handled by three separate vendors: your gradebook, assessment system, parent portal, attendance, data management, report cards, Special Education system, scheduling, grades, discipline, Medicaid billing, IEP writing, and more… Illuminate does it all with one system.

Of course, you can always opt to use single Illuminate modules (e.g., as a start). Complete installation or phased in module by module, Illuminate products work seamlessly with other systems or can work alone to meet all assessment and data management needs.
