Service Overview
A key to leadership is investing in you and your team’s own learning. Upon learning your team’s focus, strengths and areas of need, we will design a workshop to address topics relevant to the success of you and your team.
Topics include, but not limited to:
Understanding each other’s personality traits to increase personal and team effectiveness; Learning how to make effective team decisions; How to acquire and learn from feedback personally and as a team; Helping educators successfully navigate change while being change agents themselves; Strategies for Communicating; Mapping Processes

Mike Oswalt has devoted his past 28 years to the education field, often leading the implementation of many technology-based solutions. He spent many of those years serving as the Assistant Superintendent for Regional Technology Services at a County Office of Education in Michigan, Calhoun ISD. In 2015, he started at Illuminate Education with the passion to empower district leaders with intentional and effective implementation strategies. Mike enjoys sharing strategies that apply to any solution with anyone whose passion is student and educator success.
