IO Suite Updates

The purpose of this page is to communicate the most up-to-date information about restoration of IO Suite to NYC schools. For sample communication templates, please scroll to the Resources section at the bottom of this page.

Restoration Priorities

The products listed below are in priority order and may change as work progresses. Based on educator workflow needs, we have prioritized restoration of IO Classroom first.

DATA EXTRACTOR

Login	ONLINE	You will be prompted to update to the latest version of Data Extractor. This is required as only version 4.0.0.0 is active. Please note: If you are not prompted, once in Classroom, go to Administration > Data Status > Click the Blue Banner (even if it says 3.0). If you are unable to install the file due to restrictions on your machine, reach out to the IO Classroom support team.
PADS Upload/Downloads	ONLINE	All schools must upload their EGG files, even if previously loaded, as we are in a new environment.
Regular Files Uploads	ONLINE	Completion log emails are restored and being sent. Data files for the 21-22 school year are available on the Data Status page
Supplemental File Uploads	ONLINE	Select schools have reported that photo files are giving an error - Please install the new version of the Data Extractor
Charter School Data Extractor	ONLINE	Charter Data Extractor (Chrome Extension) is available in the Google Store. Installation instructions here.

PUPILPATH
