Virtual consultations are personalized, just-in-time learning experiences that move the needle on adoption and reinforce effective practice.

Designed to support teams with unique questions and data needs, consultation allows for a small group of educators to meet with an expert user to review data, dig into specific functionality, and ask detailed questions to maximize use of the platform.

    Group Virtual Consultations: Collaborate with a group of fellow users who are learning about the system on timely topics.

Includes:

  • 3 hour-long virtual sessions with an expert instructor to support individualized questions and data review
  • Designed to support advanced and unique needs after initial training has occurred
  • Paired with initial training, virtual consultation supports year-long, continuous learning
